Demetria Carman joined the Buffett Institute in 2023 as project coordinator. In this role, she  supports evaluation and programmatic efforts of the Superintendents’ Early Childhood Plan. Carman has a background in project management with Valmont Industries, as well as both clinical administration health care roles. She received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Columbia College in 2021 and an MBA with project management concentration from Midland University in 2023.
