Tracy Jones is a program specialist at the Buffett Institute. She joined the Institute in 2021 as an educational administrator. She served as a Kindergarten teacher for three years at Nelson Mandela Elementary in Omaha and was a Kindergarten teacher for Omaha Public Schools for six years. She also worked as a family development coordinator for nine years for the Salvation Army. Jones will be working at Mount View Elementary in OPS. She earned an M.A. in educational administration and an M.Ed. in elementary education, both from Grand Canyon University, and a B.S. in human social services administration from Bellevue University.
