Tonya Jolley, Instructional Program Administrator
Tonya Jolley joined the Buffett Institute in 2021 as a temporary instructional program administrator. In this position, she will help supervise the Institute’s educational facilitators. Jolley has worked for Lincoln Public Schools for the last 15 years as a vice principal, principal, and special education district administrator. She also worked for Gallup for 12 years. Jolley received an Ed.D. in educational leadership from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. Her dissertation was on the impact of using incentives in retaining paraprofessional in special education. She also earned a master’s degree in educational administration and a bachelor’s degree in elementary education, both from UNL.
