Rebecca Elder is creative and brand manager at the Buffett Early Childhood Institute. She came to the Institute in 2017 as designer and marketing specialist. Her responsibilities include generating creative concepts, designing communications and marketing materials, and overseeing creative production processes. The Council Bluffs native previously was a graphic designer for First National Merchant Solutions and TSYS. Elder earned bachelor’s degrees in graphic and web design and in photography and sculpture, both from Bellevue University.
