Lee Manns is senior grants financial specialist at the Buffett Early Childhood Institute. She joined the Institute in 2020 as the grants financial specialist. Her duties include developing and interpreting financial data to assist in the administration of grant funds, monitoring grant expenditures, record-keeping of disbursement of funds, developing reports to ensure compliance with internal control practices, and maintaining the schedule of reporting for all grant-funded programs. She came to the Institute from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where she served as office supervisor in the business office at Academic Services and Enrollment Management. Manns earned a Bachelor of Science in education from the University of North Dakota.
