Essie Beason joined the Buffett Institute in 2022 as an office associate. Prior to joining the Institute, she worked as a hairdresser, in child care, and brings 15 years of previous office and customer service experience. Beason earned her associate degree in psychology from the University of Phoenix and is currently working toward a bachelor’s degree in developmental psychology at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
