Bailey Lamkin joined the Buffett Early Childhood Institute in 2022 as a receptionist. Before coming to the Buffett Institute, she worked as an assistant teacher in a child care development center at Ramstein Air Base in Germany. Lamkin earned her bachelor's degree in science and health care administration at the University of Phoenix Arizona and is working on her master's degree in health care administration, also at the University of Phoenix.
