As CDA navigator, Aimee Hoes’s main role is assisting with a grant from the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services to increase the number of professionals with a Child Development Associate qualification across the state. Before coming to the Buffett Institute in 2023, she worked with Idaho STARS as a lead quality consultant and at Fostering Idaho. The Omaha native earned a master’s degree in adult/organizational learning and leadership from the University of Idaho and has 15 years working with adults as a trainer and coach in early childhood education and foster care.
