Tiffany Harris-Aguirre joined the Buffett Institute in 2025. In her role as early childhood specialist, Tiffany provides instructional support and professional learning to educators, home visitors, and family facilitators through the School as Hub approach in the Omaha Public Schools.
Prior to joining the Institute, Tiffany worked in a Head Start and Early Head Start program at Educare of Omaha at Kellom serving families and their children from birth through age five. As both an educator and later a mentor teacher supervisor, she has 10 years of experience in the early childhood field building relationships, collaborating, and implementing and monitoring best practices. She has a passion for coaching and reflecting on what is best for children, families, educators, and partners.
Tiffany earned her Bachelor of Science in elementary education with an endorsement in early childhood in 2015. Later she earned her Master of Science degree with a focus in early childhood from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2018.
