Salina Wallace
Senior Manager for People, Business, and Operations
Salina Wallace is the senior manager for people, business, and operations at the Buffett Institute, where she lead people, business, and operational systems, helping ensure the Institute has the people, resources, and organizational support needed to carry out key priorities. Wallace joined the Institute in 2018 as an office associate for executive leadership. She has more than 25 years of administrative assistant experience, working in both the corporate and nonprofit industries.
Prior to joining the Institute, she was the senior administrative assistant to a senior vice president at Bank of the West. She earlier was the administrative assistant at the Salvation Army Kroc Center Omaha, providing support to the executive team. Wallace's volunteer work includes service on the board of two local nonprofits, Women on a Mission for Change and Latinas Unidas. She earned a bachelor's degree in business operational innovation with a minor in accounting from the University of Phoenix.
