Salina Wallace is HR and business operations specialist at the Buffett Institute, where she coordinates and manages general administrative support, facilities, and systems-related business operations and provides human resources support. Wallace joined the Institute in 2018 as an office associate for executive leadership. She has more than 25 years of administrative assistant experience, working in both the corporate and nonprofit industries.
Prior to joining the Institute, she was the senior administrative assistant to a senior vice president at Bank of the West. She earlier was the administrative assistant at the Salvation Army Kroc Center Omaha, providing support to the executive team. Wallace’s volunteer work includes service on the board of two local nonprofits, Women on a Mission for Change and Latinas Unidas. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business operational innovation with a minor in accounting from the University of Phoenix.
