Chantelle Marin joined the Buffett Institute in 2025. In her role as early childhood specialist, Chantelle provides support to educators, home visitors, family facilitators, and community facilitators through the School as Hub approach in the Omaha Public Schools.
Prior to joining the Institute, Chantelle worked at Educare of Omaha at Kellom, as a mentor teacher supervisor providing professional learning and instructional support to teachers serving children birth-5. As an educator, coach, and supervisor, she has 10 years of experience in the early childhood field teaching children, partnering with families, and mentoring teachers in best practices.
She has a passion for trauma-informed teaching practices, and relationship-based coaching with reflective supervision. Chantelle earned her Bachelor of Science in elementary education with an endorsement in early childhood and an emphasis in English Language Learners in 2015 from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. She earned her Master of Science degree from UNO in 2018 with a focus on early childhood education.
