Stratman is an early childhood program administrator at the Buffett Institute, where she supports the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of early childhood initiatives grounded in the School as Hub approach.
She brings more than 25 years of experience across early childhood, K–12, and community-based systems, with expertise in instructional leadership, systems coordination, and strengths-based coaching. Stratman’s work centers on advancing educational access by building aligned supports for all young children and families.
Stratman draws on her prior experience as an educational facilitator at the Institute, where she coached PK–5 educators, supported social and cognitive development, and contributed to school-wide instructional and cultural initiatives. Her professional background also includes leading systems-level early learning and cradle-to-career efforts through a local nonprofit serving South Omaha, where she partnered with schools, early childhood providers, and community organizations to strengthen coordinated pathways for children and families.
Stratman holds a Master of Science in education administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Bachelor of Arts in social work from Marquette University. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and is passionate about bridging research, practice, and community partnerships to improve outcomes for young children.
