Keshia Partridge-Nelson

Keshia Partridge-Nelson is an early childhood specialist who joined the Buffett Institute in 2022. She began her career in early childhood education with Head Start before transitioning to a role as a family facilitator at Mount View Elementary School. In this position, she worked in partnership with the Institute through the Superintendents' Early Childhood Plan, which is aimed at reducing opportunity gaps.

Passionate about community engagement, she is dedicated to supporting families and educators in creating positive learning experiences for young children. A children's book author, Partridge-Nelson holds a bachelor's degree in behavioral science and a master's degree in human services from Bellevue University.
