Ashley True
Early Childhood Specialist
Ashley True is an early childhood specialist at the Buffett Institute. She joined the Buffett Institute in 2021 as an educational facilitator. She worked as an early childhood education coach for six years and as a PreK teacher for three years, both at Omaha Public Schools.
She has an endorsement as a reading specialist. Her expertise is in supporting children's social skills and early literacy through classrooms that are appropriate to children's developmental levels and well-managed. True will be working at Liberty Elementary School in OPS.
She earned a Master of Education in literacy from Concordia University and a bachelor's degree in early childhood education from Missouri State University.
