Tonya Jolley, Instructional Program Administrator
Tonya Jolley joined the Buffett Institute in 2021 as an instructional program administrator. In this position, she helps supervise the Institute’s educational facilitators. Before coming to the Institute, Jolley worked for Lincoln Public Schools for 15 years as a vice principal, principal, and special education district administrator. She also worked for Gallup for 12 years. Jolley received an Ed.D. in educational leadership from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. Her dissertation was on the impact of using incentives in retaining paraprofessionals in special education. She also received a Supervisor of Special Education P-21 endorsement. Her master’s degree in educational administration and her bachelor’s degree in elementary education are both from UNL.
