Lucy Okrasinski joined the Buffett Institute in 2022 as a graduate assistant for the Preschool Development Grant Needs Assessment Team, supervised by Kathleen Gallagher. Okrasinski is working on her Education Specialist degree in school psychology at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in children’s studies from Illinois State University.
