Buffett Institute Gallup Survey

Findings of the Buffett Early Childhood Institute/Gallup Survey on Early Childhood Care and Education in Nebraska will be presented March 29 at the Sheldon Museum of Art on the UNL campus. Senator Galen Hadley, Speaker of the Nebraska Legislature, will offer opening remarks. Brandon Busteed, Executive Director of Gallup Education & Workforce Development, and Iheoma Iruka, Director of Research and Evaluation at the Buffett Institute, will present the survey findings. A panel discussion about the study's implications for Nebraska will follow. Joining Samuel J. Meisels, Founding Executive Director of the Institute, and Iruka on the panel will be NU President Hank Bounds, Nebraska Commissioner of Education Matt Blomstedt, and Nebraska Chamber of Commerce & Industry President Barry Kennedy.
